The Process

24 Month Term

Our Mutual Fund Trust term is a 24 month commitment. This allows the projects the cash management flexibility without having your funds tied up for the typical 5-7 years.

$25,000 Minimum Investment

For as little of $25,000 you can start investing in Real Estate. Ask us how this can be blended over more than one account.

Cash & Registered Fund Eligible

Our Mutual Fund Trust is eligible for cash and registered funds. This means your RRSP, TFSA, LIRA, and RIF can all be self-directed and invested.

15% - 17% Targeted Annual Return

The Stone Hearth Mutual Fund Trust is targeting an annual return of 15%-17%.
